Ran OCCT for a long time and it found many issues:

I can't find the output file for some reason, but does this indicate a CPU issue 100% now?

OCCT : Free, all-in-one stability test & stress test for your PC

It detects errors, but can't tell you where they come from.

From their site, large data sets is best for intel and small for amd.
I ran large and it found issues. So far an hour and a half on small and no issues. The large one ran for 7 hours so I'll give it some more time.
Does that correspond with the small/large FFTs in Prime95? If it's the common denominator, then wouldn't it mean the issue is with the RAM?

I would go easy with OCCT. I don't know how it runs today, but back when I was still overclocking (and OCCT had the little guy with the hammer), some folks would actually "harm" their comps with extended runs of OCCT.

I would imagine they have fixed that in the intervening years, but... I would still go gently with OCCT.

    Every test has:

    true positives
    true negatives
    false positives
    false negatives
    accuracy

At this time consider the following options:
    a) swap test
    b) find a local computer store for servicing
    c) purchase returnable hardware components for testing
    d) purchase non-returnable hardware for replacement

I ended up sending my mobo+cpu to the store I bought it from. 3 days later and they "haven't found any issues yet". Hopefully they will end up finding something...

Either way, I hope this will be the end of that. Either they replace the mobo/cpu or I buy new RAM.

    Will update.

    @zbook @Ghot

Thank you and thank everyone who helped. They replaced my CPU. It seems that running those same tests no longer shows errors. Hopefully my games will stop crashing as well.

Thanks for all of the help!

Did they report swap testing or their test method?

    The earlier posts (29 - 37) were different from later posts 126 - 127).

Glad to read that its sorted.

Please follow up in one to two weeks.
