Don't know why not. The base specs. require a 1GHz CPU and 1GB RAM for the 32-bit version and the specs. call for a 1GHz CPU and 2GB RAM for the 64-bit version to Upgrade over Windows 7 w/SP1 or Win8. The only issue I can see is if Win10 will support all the resources on the motherboard.

Here is the datasheet for that CPU:
    Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6300 - AT80571PH0722ML / BX80571E6300 / BXC80571E6300
It does support NX, PAE, and SSE2 so yes you should be able to use windows 10 on it, but depending on what other hardware you have you may or may not have trouble with drivers. I wouldn't worry about it too much though I've upgraded some pretty old rigs for quite a few people with very few issues

Okay that was what the get windows 10 app said that was unsupported (the CPU). Is 2 gigs of RAM Enough or should I get more before the upgrade?

P.S that computer was built during Windows XP so that is why it has so little.

In that case I don't think that is the right datasheet, the CPU I listed came out in May of 2009. Did you mean the Pentium 630? That one was released in February of 2005... But it also supports NX, PAE, and SSE2, as you could see here:
    Intel Pentium 4 630 3.0 GHz - JM80547PG0802MM / HH80547PG0802MM (BX80547PG3000F)
Double check what the full processor name is to be sure?
