Fitting PCIE USB 3.0 Expansion Card - Need Higher Output PSU?
My 11 year old Acer Aspire M3910 desktop has a 250 Watt PSU. At present it only has USB 2.0 ports, but I am going to install a Startech PCIE USB 3.0 expansion card with 2 x USB 3.0 ports.

The PSU is the original 250W unit. The PCIE USB card is connected to a spare SATA plug on the PSU's harness. I have also installed a Geforce 210 graphics card as the onboard/intergrated one on the motherboard failed, which I believe means the PSU is already at it's limits.
I will be using the new USB 3.0 ports for things like updating my TomTom satnav and connecting an external Seagate HD. Will the pc's PSU be powerful enough to handle the new card and anything plugged into it? Thanks in advance for any advice.
