Put the marvell controller storage to disabled and tell if this fixed the problem. Before do it lets try something else. Go in device manager. Uninstall the problematic device and restart your pc. If that don't fix your problem then put the marvell controller to disabled in bios.

    • The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility is not a driver and does not include drivers.
    • The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility gives the product name for the piece of hardware. This information allows the operating system to display the correct name for that piece of hardware in Device Manager

    More here :-https://www.win-raid.com/t895f42-Intel-Chipset-Device-quot-Drivers-quot-INF-files.html

The device id u provided is from rocker raid controller
    RocketRAID 3120

do u have an external raid pcie installed for your machine?
An .inf isn't a driver, right.

My memory is a little hazy as to what I've installed in years past to get rid of such Device Manager warnings. If it wasn't the Chipset package, it might have been the MEI. Unless it was something else.

Even if the chipset utility solves nothing, installing it should do not harm.

Have you tried running the Intel Driver & Support Assistant? If you use it to scan your system, it should not only tell you if you need new drivers, it should also pick those that are most likely to address your issues.

uninstalled the device in device manager - restarted - it can back . Disabled the marvell controller in the bios . MBR error , boot from floppy . Not sure what to do , maybe I should just leave the problem , the computer seems Ok . after resetting the boot order and re-enabling the controller in the bios ...

I cannot understand how it is possible to have your boot drive in marvell controller and in windows the controller to have a yellow triangle and all to work ok.

Open device manager. Right click on Details tab.
    Select Hardware ID
Select first line, right click and copy
Paste the ID here. It should be something like PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A102&SUBSYS_B0051458&REV_31

for the controller - in Device instance path PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C02&SUBSYS_844D1043&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FA

for the Standard SATA AHCI controller PCI\VEN_1103&DEV_3120&SUBSYS_6D9896BB&REV_01\3&11583659&0&10
