    touchpad sensitivity


    hello

    my touchpad on laptop is very sensitive to touch and is driving me crazy!
    I have tried going into pc settings > touchpad, adjust to low sensitivity and restarted but I see no improvement.
    I googled it and found you can adjust the same setting via regedit. it was set to 3 which is the low sensitivity setting but just to see if it would go lower I set it to 5 and restarted but no improvement.
    the correct driver for touchpad is installed.
    I am lost with what to do next.

    Out side of adjusting the software settings, there is not much more you can do. You could see about getting a wireless mouse to use instead.

    I have turned off the function to click when tapping which has seemed to have solved it
