Suggestion for Audio to Video converter

    Good morning.

I am a novice with video editing, especially with sound.

Can anyone suggest a good program that can convert audio into video? A free program works, but I don't mind paying if the price is reasonable.

    Thanks!

In fact creating a new video and using any audio file in it. Does it. You can then add videos or images to your project.

If you want something easy and going very well NCH VideoPad is not free but it's marvellous and super easy.

If you want to learn something more professional there's DaVinci Resolve that is outstanding and free for the main part. And my big favourite is also not free. But Vegas Pro is a class on it's own.

    Well there's that:

Audio to Video, convert MP3 with image to MP4 - Online Converter

But what they do is basically the same.

that's like merging an audio and video file yes ?
not the same as converting audio to video
maybe the OP just got the wording wrong

Yep, they take your audio file create a video add the audio to it and use the image as a backdrop.

There's no conversion, Containers file describes what capabilities are included in the file, an audio container will never be able to contain video.

Ex: an avi file have "Audio and Video Interlaced"... AVI

Originally OP wanted to add images to audio track and export as video. I'm not sure why that thread wasn't used instead of starting a new one.

Video editing for dummies (I'm the dummy...lol)

I want to do something for Tik Tok, but I don't want to record video, I just want to have an audio track and then add pictures and maybe video clips in between. Video Editor won't work unless it's a photo or video, and I also tried Open Shot video editor, but it's very buggy and hard to use, despite some article I read saying it was easy.

Sorry, I am a novice at this and I should have explained more.

I'm using a program called VidClipper to put together my videos. I am taping audio and adding video which is simple enough even for a novice, but I also wanted to add existing video clips as well. This forced me to tape my audio in separate parts because I can edit video easily enough on VidClipper, but not audio. It won;t allow me to split or crop audio like I can with video, so I was hoping for some way to convert the audio files to a video format so that I could edit in VidClipper easily. I hope that helped :)

    ok,

You need a basic audio processor like Audacity to create an cut all your separate audio "samples" before inserting them to their places in the Video software, you can also add multiple layers of audio tracks. And Mix audio or video. It may be a limitation in VidClipper or it does not support any of this.

Each track is independent while it follows "the flux"... You can add 3 videos to one sound track or 3 sound track to one video.

Advanced video editors will let you stretch an audio file to fit perfectly and provide all sorts of video and audio transitions.

That's why I suggested more advanced Video editors like Resolve and Vegas.

The problem is not you. It's the tool, my friend.
