Motherboard Drivers won't install after installing Windows 10
My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 rev 1.0
Iv'e just installed windows 10 and when trying to install my motherboard drivers from my installation disc I get an error saying "This version of Xpress install does not support Win 98/ME".
I'm guessing that this is just a compatibility issue with the installer and Windows 10 and I'm fine to download what I need from the Gigabyte site, my problem is that I'm not 100% sure on what I should be downloading.
Here is a link to the download page for my motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/...px?pid=3856#dl
I'm not sure If I only need to install the drivers or if I need anything from the 'Utility' or 'Bios' downloads on the page, and if I do only need the drivers, which ones I should be downloading.
Any help on what I should and don't need to download is greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance,
EDIT: I will add that I also get "open device failure" and "open driver handle failure" errors when running the disc, I also found a way to get the disc to run by troubleshooting combatability, the install disc now runs but i still get the "open device failure" and "open driver handle failure" errors after the disc launches.
