driver for hp sensitive touch control

i installed quick launch button driver for those sensitive touch control and now my boot is on loop with error checking? then restart

I found .Net had a lot to do with unusual issues. Boot in safe mode, remove the lower versions and try again.

Having upgraded from Windows 8.1, HP Quick Launch "SP59927.exe" no longer works... I un-installed and re-installed, regrettably to no avail.. Someone might say, you must wait for HP to release new drivers!!!! that someone must have never worked for an international company like Microsoft or HP... I ask, what was HP doing during (and before) the Technical Preview period when it effectively was a large scale testing platform... Why at least an experimental release is not ready...

I happen to have an HP M6 laptop and I reported to HP (long time back) that under 32 bit Windows, the available memory is only 936mb usable/available... Have they done anything... no... I guess they believe the laptop comes with Windows 8 64bit and no one will use 32 bit Windows anyway..

I am due for an upgrade and am already looking somewhere else.
