I got in the mood to create a Dark & Red High Contrast theme this evening.
The inspiration came from a Google Chrome theme I downloaded and installed in Clover, for File Explorer(you can see it in the screenshots).
Here are 5 screenshots of what I have so far, maybe I#ll finish up tomorrow and post/publish it:

Looks good Cliff but I think it might be too in your face for me to use for long.

I know what you mean, I might try tuning the red down 10-15%(about 191-202 on the grayscale).
It gets a little bit of red color bleed onto the black pixels. My TV/monitor being calibrated, that drives me nutz!.

Tuned down a bit, except for highlight(so you can see the darkgray text better, and in reliability history the graph line shows up)

@Edwin, I used once(and still have it somewhere in appdata), HUD Red.
But it broke my access to reliability history, and turned off some Event collection, for event viewer. So no way I'll change system Icons, as I only theme with what Windows has/allows now, no 3rd party tools for me.
Plus you know I'm not big on HC themesWindows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-shake-head.gif
