I need to learn a few things first, as it's an self extracting executable, and that can make some people nervous, I'll also include a MD5 checksum, I can create it with FreeComander XE file manager. and post it.
    Attachment 75737
7-Zip can get the checksums as well.

I haven't posted the other theme yet, and I just started working on another(simpler one)

The trigger was a wallpaper @kado897 did, that I then manipulated(a bit). I felt it needed a fitting color combo.
So this is what I have so far(it is NOT done).
    MMC snap-ins & admin tools

Thank you. I just wish we could use gradients for the window & text box backgrounds.

I got the color using the color chooser in SMACC. Gradients would help the appearance though.

Is it possible to make a Windows 2000 theme? Like, make it feel as if I'm using Windows 2000. Sound effects, layout, background, etc.

Hi @Mateoski, probably not totally. Atleast not without 3rd party patching tools.
You can always change sounds by finding the .wav files and placing them in C:\Windows\Media
Backgrounds you can find at Bing Images or Google Images.
But the lay out probably not.
Changing system icons for example will ALWAYS give you a false positive when you run SFC later. I happend when I customized the admin tools, Windows accessories programs, and Windows system.
To change the icons in File Explorer, you must patch.

That's fine. I mean, at make it look more like Windows 2000 if there can't be a layout change.
