    Update, on a blank spread sheet their solid green, when you input information, they change to solid black. Which is fine.

    Oh well, in that case you don't need the fix.
    I'm still on Office 2010 where it was the case of dotted borders. Tested on Win8 too.
    I've made a theme version for Win7 as well; it's actually there where I saw the dotted borders for the first time.

    I'm glad it already looks nice on 2013. :)

    Thanks to Win7's advanced color options I could take a look at all the colors.

    This still needed a tweak:

    I like this theme alot but is there anyway to make firefox not look like this with your themeWindows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-capture.jpg the blue is kinda hard for me to see what it says i would take he standerd white back ground on firefox with yoru theme or any other color then blue ...is this posible ?

    Options/Content/Colors set high contrast colors to apply "never"
    or, choose custom colors from the admittedly limited palettes.

    thats what i did unless i did something totaly wrong i applyed the high contrast My Steampunk (your theme) in choose your theme and i ended up with that screenshot to ask you guys

    I am not seeing that opption on my pc were would i go to find it i cant find that in my settings (BUMP) found it took awhile due to couldnt see

    also in godmode i do not have a option to change the color of your taskbar and windows border ..how to you enable that funtchion Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-capture.jpg
