Hmmm, just wish I knew how they do it - I mean getting that effect on Win 10 (i.e not being uxtheme dependant) - must be a specific dll - obviously can't re-distribute it but would be nice to emulate it.

Yes, XP was a such breath of fresh air when it came out after all that flatness in 95 derivatives. In W7, with Aero and all that stuff, I feel it was a bit overdone and could pose some hindrance to lower end systems.

Yep, 2010 specific. Office 2007 or 2013 don't have it.
The effect only seems to run with Aero-like themes.
