@simrick upload the file in question(look for it in system32, right click and copy it) and go here: VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner
and upload the file, and get other opinions from leading AV and anti- malware companies.
Oh yeah, good idea Cliff. I forgot about that. It comes up squeaky clean. AdwCleaner finds nothing as well. I'm pretty sure it's a Defender FP, just wondered if anyone else had this happen.

You could also give feedback to the Feedback Hub that Defender gave a false positive.

I just went to get Chasys Draw and found the following disclaimer:

Note #1: Some antivirus packages have issues with self-extracting archives. If you experience such issues, please use the “.zip” download instead of the “.exe”.
Note #2: CNET has accepted to do direct downloads for Chasys Draw IES. The “CNET Download.com” link below will not download the CNET Stub installer.

Note #1 is why we don't use 7Zips SFX in the forums here for uploading. (SFX stands for self=extracting)

I DL'd it a few days ago. Neither Norton nor Malwarebytes had any problems with it.

    Re-psy-skull-Bin

I just made two new icons for the Recycle Bin.
The images I got from are from @Stephanie, and I had to change the canvas size so it was square, the I resized it to 256x256, then iconified them.

    information   Information
    Remember after applying them both,
so the custom Recycle Bin refreshes when something is deleted, and when the Bin is cleared,
you need to open RegEdit and go to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\DefaultIcon

and add a comma zero ,0 at the end of the three keys(like this):

Name:	Image 001.png
Views:	14
Size:	40.3 KB
ID:	72106

    What they look like:

Name:	Skull Bin Empty.png
Views:	111
Size:	64.6 KB
ID:	72103
    Skull Bin Empty

Name:	Skull Bin Full.png
Views:	107
Size:	63.5 KB
ID:	72104
    Skull Bin Full
