Removing Round image on opening screen

Please help me learn how to remove images for the "My Info" section of Microsoft Account. I have deleted the images from pictures and from cloud pictures but they are still present on the "My Info" section.

C:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures; delete items.
(AppData is a 'Hidden' folder)

"Location is not available" message is received.

If you change the picture in Settings-Accounts it will remove the pic.

The picture changes but the old ones remain.

Are you signed on as Administrator?
Are you showing 'Hidden Files, Folders and Drives'?
