Icon Changer error: "no .net detected, please install before running"

Icon Changer (Damian's Homepage) complains about lack of .net, despite .net 4(.5) and 3(.5) being preinstalled on Windows 10. Does it run on .net 2 or something else ancient?(running Windows 10 LTSB from July 2015)edit: probably better suited in software subforum

Hi, I have it installed - no issues, except when running it it won't actually replace imageres.dll - I have to do that manually. Apparently I have v2,3,3.5 and 4 installed.

Hmm, odd. What version of Windows are you running?

Win 10 Pro, latest - nothing special (well, that it all seems to be working might be deemed 'special' by some..)

You may find these of interest:
ASoft, home of AutoExit, AdminiMe and .NET Version Detector
