Windows 10 turned white and highlighting icons

It seems like sort of accessibility mode. But I can't figure out how to turn it off.
Windows 10 became white: white background, white taskbar, and when you hover over the icons in the taskbar it highlights them in blue.

    What is it?

    Thanks

    Can you supply a screenshot?
Also which desktop theme are you using? If light then this is the cause.

Thank you, sorry for the late answer, here is a screenshot: (The blue highlighting doesn't show up on the screenshot)

**Not using a light theme, or do I and I don't know?

    Hello mibaup,

It looks like you may have turned on high contrast mode by mistake with High Contrast White selected.

I believe Brink has the answer so check to see if you have High contrast enabled.
