    You're welcome!

I could use regular themes IF I could just build into it more contrast for text.
I may try to mess around with this and see what I can do.
    Larger or bolder text.
I'd try bolder first. Since the text is black on (mostly) white backgrounds there shouldn't be any contrast issues, if visibility is important, it could help a bit.

But this is a big departure for me coming from windows 7 where I had no issues
    with regular themes at all.
    Not sure where to look...
Aren't regular themes mostly the same in 10 as they were in 7? I mean white backgrounds, black text?

The big difference in regular themes seems to be most text is either a light or dark grey and not
solid black for me on web pages. I turned to FireFox and finally got some relief and it's now a lot
better. But I still need HC for my bad eyes. It sucks getting older, and have my vision issues, i don't wish
    it on anyone.

@msny I just spotted a browser on the web, that has "Night Mode".
    Night mode.

Polarity comes built in with night mode in order to make browsing the web more comfortable. Blue light from monitors can inhibit the body's natural sleep cycle and night mode could help to reduce the effects by dimming every website.

I just downloaded it now, but need to wait until Macrium finishes verifying the complete system imager of 3 disks, before I install(when installing or updating, I always make sure to kill any running programs first).
You can take a look here: Windows - Polarity

p.s. It looks real cool to, I can't wait to install:)

    Polarity smells like Chrome.
Interesting but I'm waiting for the x64 version.

I just installed it. So far it's OK, but... I tried to save as, for a pic, and it couldn't download the jpeg. But the night mode is pretty good, even though it takes a second to adjust from the normal screen to a dark one, when going forward and backward, or opening a new page. That could be because I just installed the browser though, and it needs to build up it's cache. Still it loads FAST. And it has an App Store for free apps too: Apps - Polarity Store

This might be the type of browser the OP needs.
Here are some window shots of some popular sites when using night mode:

    Looks nice!
Can you chose that gold text from the options or it's picked from your theme?

It's part of the night mode. gold(tan) shows up better than silver(grey). I compared the forums own dark skin to TF 2016 alt in night mode, and night mode was a tad better. But I, myself, don't really care for dark themes over a longer period. Somehow they feel restrictive(that I'm missing something), but for someone like the OP or Wolfgang with eye problems, it's great.

Hey guys. I am the developer of Polarity Browser and thank you for giving it a shot. If you have any suggestions for new features in future updates or bug reports, do not hesitate to tell me. If you like Polarity, please spread the word. I would really appreciate it.

As for high contrast when browsing the web, Polarity's built in night mode should be able to provide decent contrast between backgrounds and text. Images are also darkened. There are also plenty of good global userstyles you can try with Polarity or any browser with GreaseMonkey/TamperMonkey.

@msny and @Polarity I just noticed another option. In the page right click menu is a "Speak This" option.
Just highlight the text to be spoken or choose "select all", and the browser reads it to you.
I have never seen this integrated in another browser before, but I'm sure it is also very helpful for the sight impaired.
    Great extra Mr. Lim!
