I hadn't noticed but, the 'Lock Screen', in it's present form, on Build 14295, pertains to nothing more than the manual lock, (WinKey+L)

My sign-in worked as expected for a few weeks after installation. Now it is a static picture. And yes I can change it with some tricks, but it remains a static picture and spotlight is used only as lock screen. I have selected that the spotlicht picture should be used for sign-in picture as well, but that stopped working and no solution posted on internet - and believe me there are a lot of them.

Same trouble as both me, Bree and DoogIe it seems. ock screen is set to be same as background image (Spotlight) but on a cold boot, it is the cave picture. Very annoying as the tips/tweaks do not work.

For me lock screen/spotlight works (in that the photo changes & gives me the like/dislike option) but a cold boot or restart gives me the beach cave scene. Previously it showed the spotlight photos.

    I will. :)
Btw I don't know whether this is connected to our problem or whether it's just my set up but I have noticed whenever I choose 'not a fan' (of a lock screen wallpaper) I'm not offered a different background. Previously it changed to another if I chose that.

I used to have that but I re-registered it on Powers hell (after selecting Picture as lock screen), restarted and changed it back to Spotlight.

I've just run Brink's Spotlight fix so will see what happens next time I'm 'not a fan'. :)

@Bastet just curious here. I believe i've tried this fix but it hasn't helped me.

    1. In Personalization->Lock Screen settings change Background to Picture.
    2. Delete everything from folder
      C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_<somecharacters> \Settings
    3. In Personalization->Lock Screen settings change Background back to Windows Spotlight
