How do you disable the webcam in use icon thingy?

Well a feature of 10 I don't need but can't find a removal process for is that icon (that pops up the top middle of the screen when say a web page needs your webcam) of the app using the webcams icon next to a white picture of a camera...

Considering it's an always on top dealy and pretty useless to me how do I turn it and any potential other similar notifications off?

    Anyone?
I figured this would be a common enough issue someone would have a solution for

I would be very suspicious of any web page that was even aware of my web cam, let alone "needing" it.

Never updated a facebook profile pic with a webcam or talked to someone through a browser based video chat?

My issue is more the fact it's always on top and doesn't go away until the tab that requested use is closed than the fact it notifies you... I'd be cool with it if it was like the old uac prompts asking if you're sure that you want to run a thingu

also if someone wants to spy on me through my webcam I don't really mind tbh... only their mental scars to gain
