Its not hard adding AM/PM, what is however, is when you work non-standard shifts, and you have to schedule work at different hours that cross AM/PM or for me usually PM/AM times. I also have to use GMT when referring to schedules for people in Brazil (like 10 different zones, maybe not that many but at least 3 in just one city alone) ... and India, Israel, and a few other places. Its to the point I keep three clocks to help easily deal with the time zones for the places I use heavily that week. As they say YMMV and I don't begrudge you for wanting AM/PM
... as the saying goes, even a stopped clock gives time right twice a day
