How to delete Windows 10 default themes

I have 4 High contrast themes that I will never use. therefore I want to delete them. Is that possible ? Google doesn't help

Hello Rolly, :)

The high contrast themes are located in the C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes folder.

You'll need to take ownership of these .theme files to be able to delete them.
