Annoying double arrows every where. Just updated to the latest build and this is what comes out of that. The blue texts were just fine, seems like it's going to take a few days to get used to this new Blue Compression arrows. :)

Rebuilding the icon cache worked for me (*).
Icon Cache - Rebuild in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

I was mainly noticing the double blue arrows on Office 2010 document icons. This was happening in my standard account. It occurred to me to log into my Administrator account and see if the problem was happening there too. It wasn't. Then I decided to rebuild the icon cache for the standard account. This worked -- the blue arrows are now gone on Office document icons. I prefer this solution as it is fairly benign (i.e. it doesn't involve messing around in the Registry).

(* I am still seeing the double arrows on Office 2010 program shortcuts, but that does not bother me much. I rarely use those shortcuts; I usually open Office documents directly. Those are no longer showing the blue arrows so that's good enough for me).
