Classic Shell on Win 10 - Twice the Fun!

It loaded on boot for me. The Dev said he will not fix Classic shell for Windows 10 until it goes final.

Thanks, Gary, even though I was just sharing because others reported that it didn't work at all for them. I didn't expect an answer, but I appreciate what you wrote. It makes sense that Classic Shell wouldn't be updated until Win 10 goes final, because all the builds of Win 10 so far have had different structural details.

You are right, he would like to fix it once and be done with it.

Stardock already has a beta version of Start10 and I've been really happy with it. Trouble is, I'm equally happy with the new Win10 version. Luckily the Win10 menu is still accessible from the Start10 menu.

I am a Start8 user on 8.1 and wonder if Star Dock will have any offerings for Windows 10?

If not for Classic Shell I never would have considered Windows 10.
