Change Flashing White Color of Various Windows When Opening Them ?

Hi ! :)

I looked on google and on the forum, i can't find what i'm looking for.
First, i have Dark Theme Enabled, Windows 10 1903, and i have already found this :
S.M.A.C.C - Superfly's Mouse Assisted Color Chooser
but there is not what i'm looking for (though it's a good little regedit software).

I'm looking for a way to change the blinding white that pops up whenever i open something.
For Example, when i open the File Explorer, it opens instantly in dark mode, but for a very brief moment, the background of the window is White.
Same for Firefox (which more noticeable because it takes longer to popup).

I hope i'm being clear, i know it's not much, but believe me, when you are in front of a 120 inch screen with a powerful videoprojector at 4 am, it does hurt your eyes.

The white flash is not a normal behavior in windows 10 Dark mode ?
I think i always had this, on several install, on computers...

I use dark and indeed the white flash is common. When I first switched to dark some time ago I had the same question and searched and experimented, exhausting every possibility. No luck. I think it just takes that brief nanosecond for dark to kick in.

Edit :

I did find something that's working for the File Explorer : Enable Windows Opening and Closing Animations in Advanced System Properties.
I prefer it disabled though, but when enabled, it plays the animation smoothly without flashing white.

For Firefox, it's still a white flashy opening .

Ok, i tried it, but I get this when trying to open QtTabBar, and in my normal explorer i don't have anything poping out like you..

But anyway, i don't think i would use any extra features, i like the way the file explorer is, and it doesn't resolve the fact that Chrome and Firefox (and also others apps) still flash before fully opening.
