    Random parts of my background become black


    Hello,

    I'm not sure if it's an issue with Windows or something with my GPU but I have 2 GIFs I recorded as an example of a recent issue I came across where the background of my desktop would turn black around icons, by dragging the mouse over a certain area, right click and refreshing.

    A while ago I started having BSODs and after a lot of troubleshooting, I still haven't found the faulty hardware, but most of the people who helped me troubleshoot seem to believe it's a bad GPU/Mobo.

    I'm running Win 10 Pro 1909 and my specs are in my profile.
    Any help would be great.

    My money is on the video card. It could just be bad drivers.

    I was able to replace my GPU yesterday by taking an old one from my friend, just for testing. I now have a GTX 950, I'm not sure if it's the GPU for sure because they game I play (risk of rain 2) still crashed yesterday for some reason. Gonna have to wait and see...

in Customization

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and my desktop theme/picture is fine, but my task bar and all other screens have a black back ground. How do I change this?
