Show stuff on both taskbars?

I have dual monitors on my computer. How can I show Clock, Date, WiFi, and sound on both Taskbars?

Right click on a blank area of the task bar.
Select the drop down menu under "Show task bar buttons on:"
Choose "All taskbars"

It is enabled, and that option shows the tasks. It doesnt show the WiFi, Sound, Clock, and Date :)

The only way to do this is with another program.
