With this multitasking; Every time you open an app it adds a screen to the multitasking screen I saw? Where it flips like pages. If so, is that a separate screen for that?

Have you ever used cards in
Google now? Its kinda like that.

You scroll through to the one you want tap it and its open. What I don't like is chrome doesn't use tabs anymore you scroll through multitasking window for that.
It works very fast but can get cluttered if you don't do some pruning once in a while.

Short answer is it comes up on home screen.
