Nope, I don't need any power tools.

The only tools I use would be a shovel and one of those little hand shovels. The steps are dug into the ground.

Nope, my bother did. Most of the steps are left over from the fence we fixed. We had to replace a few posts and cut them level, so now I'm using the left over pieces for the steps.
