Hey Terry, that's a nice way to put it, "digestive health". I also have a problem with that, upper and lower. I have gas in my chest that makes me feel like my chest is going to explode. Not sharp pain, but terrible pressure pain. I had tests run and they found nothing wrong, suggested a high fiber diet. The worst of it is the upper gas at night. I need to sleep with my head and chest elevated. I talked to a sales person about the options I had for elevating the head of the bed. Of course he wanted to sell me a $5,000. bed and I told I am not getting rid of my beautiful bedroom set. He suggested I buy a cheap mattress that is flexible which cost $495. which is not bad. The reason for the flexible mattress is so you can put a pair of the wedge pillows under mattress at the head of the bed. He said you can't do that with a regular mattress. Well, I thought about that, bought two wedge pillows and put them under my inflexible mattress, problem solved, at least 95% of it. I can sleep without pain. I still have the problem after every meal if I work or run around a lot. So I do my house work before I eat my first meal of the day.
