Update on Norton ....
After finally getting the level 3 tech to call my phone, and letting him on my computer remotely to see the issue for himself and to verify for Norton's. He has the information he needed, took some screenshots, also logged in to HERE with my help, downloaded the file, 2 or 3 different times himself, saw the problem 1st hand.


Now he is going to have Norton make a "patch" file for everyone who runs Norton, and this should .....() Fix the issue. Will take 24hrs, to find out. Then after the patch file is downloaded and installed, I will check again to see if issue is fixed, and will be getting another call back tomorrow ....Whew..... time will tell....
