I called paypal (pp) customer service (cs) - 1-888-221-1161 to close my account.

The AI voice operator recognized the phone # I was calling from without me giving one. In my 1st post I had thought that I didn't enter one but that was incorrect, I did.

Then she asked for the last 4digits of the card I used which was recognized. Next was the reason I was calling; To close my account, At that point she connected me to a human. I waited 5minutes.

The cs rep was nice and she the human didn't try to change my mind. She proceeded to the task at hand and within 5minutes my account was closed/removed.

I received one last email from pp I hope informing me that my account was closed and that was that. Total time on the phone ~15minutes.

Well, I'm gettin' old and I need a decent outside chair... for sittin'. I'm 6 ft. 245 lbs. at the moment.
My days of being able to stand outside for hours on end, seem to be gettin' few and far between.
    I think I found a great one...

Several days ago I manged to grab four, count them 4 mini computers on eBay for around $28 TOTAL! I have one now who's sole use is to show the ADSBexchange website so I can see live air traffic at all times. I'm thinking of putting up another computer and monitor just for live 24/7 weather radar from Windy.com. These little computers suck around 18 watts. That's according to my AC line splitter and clamp meter...

Well, my "sittin' outside" chair has arrived. That's a full size, adult white plastic lawn chair next to it for scale.
See post #1962 for link to chair...

    Now that's a chair!

You know, you could practically use it as a computer chair. LOL

I just had to replace the gas cylinder in mine. It's type rated for safety (I don't remember what it's called now) and it'll go well over the desk which is crazy. Holds some 400 LBS, too!

I already have an awesome computer chair. It's a HON 4001GG. They aren't even made anymore.
They're all steel, weigh 50 lbs. and are indestructible. They were about $600 new.
I got one from a college that was upgrading the office chairs to a newer model.
I don't know how long the college had it, but I've been using it for 20+ years...

It has all the bells and whistles... swivel, tilt, pneumatic cylinder, all the adjustments, etc.
You can still pick them up used for approx. $250

This is the one that came after the 4001GG, and it's discontinued as well.

This is probably the closet chair, HON still sells...

I mean they have a bazillion office chairs, but all they still sell of the 4000 series is the fixed chairs.

I would like to find an old tried and true chair that uses a threaded post rather than a gas cylinder.

You should bust out the tools and make a floating bed frame. Many plans available on the Internet. Here's one made of metal. Making a FLOATING BED 2.0 - YouTube

You can buy 'em, too. Wayfair or Amazon is what I see. I'm sure there are others.

I'm thinking about doing this myself, thus why I mentioned it.

    BTW-

If you have Social Security or what ever, I believe Amazon Prime is half off...

Miles Davis's are limited edition numbered SACDs from Mobil Fidelity Labs (Mo-Fi). The Al Di Meola, John McLaughlin, Paco De Luca is also just an SACD edition of Saturday Night In San Francisco. They will play in a standard (non-SACD) player.

The packaging of the Mo-Fi CDs are exceptional. They are typically called paper sleeved editions as they're packaged hard cardboard to look like mini-LPs on CD. The sound quality is equally exceptional. All that said, SACD's are not cheap.

Here's another one Mo-Fi edition I bought some weeks ago. You can see how they are packaged inside...Order Placed! - (Your latest online purchase.) [2]-sacd-porgy-bess-crp.jpgOrder Placed! - (Your latest online purchase.) [2]-sacd-numbered-porgy-bess.jpg
