What is unclear?
In simple terms, MS are not responsible for anything, and you cannot sue them.
"lack of viruses" and "lack of negligence"...
this goes back to a client who sent me that once asking what does it mean and I was as baffled as he was.

How many actually read the EULA before using Windows or other software?
Back then my client stumbled across it. Probably was doing a word search of something on the system and probably one of the things that popped up was the office EULA. yes who reads these sheer endless lengthy sermons with dozens of links to other endless pages...
