HDMI male to USB A female adaptor - does such a beast exist?

Wasn't sure where to post this question since it doesn't specifically relate to Windows, so I choose to put it here. Please feel free to move it if there is a more suitable spot.

I need an HDMI male to USB A female adaptor but I cannot find one anywhere.
Do these exist, and if so, where might I find one?

Explain what you are trying to do there may be another way.

I can use one of those with a little Type C-A adaptor.
    It still will not work.

I'd think that with HDMI being an output to an input port on a monitor would cause issues with a USB connection. However, some Touchscreen monitors will use USB cable connection to get the Touch feature to work, I have an HP 2105 that does but it uses only VGA and DVI-D for data input. It also has internal speakers that require a cable.

One of the "Samsung smart" TVs in the house has just a single USB port but multiple HDMI ports.
That single USB does not support a USB hub, so connecting more than one USB device is not possible.

However the problem may soon be solved by splashing out some bucks on a newer model.
