Roku witah free streaming Sling

Does anyone besides me use Roku? I hope so and perhads you can help me.

Here is the icon on my Roku for the free Sling.

I did a search and found their webpage and signed up for an account. I am assumming that it still exists, but on Roke, I can not seem to get it to connect. When I click on icon for the free sling, it takes a while but finally it trys to connect. I have let the circular rotating arrow go for over 10 minutes and it never connects or has NOT so far.

Anyone have any ideas?

I found the help page to be less than helpful.
On the first page that is where I got a subscription.

Press the Home Button. Press the home button on your Roku remote to make sure you're on the home screen.
Go to Go to “streaming channels” and press “OK” on the remote. I there is “streaming channels” selection, I could NOT find it..
Select “Top Free Movies & TV”
Browse Through Roku's Free Channels.

I thought I should be able to select the "Sling" icon on right side of the Home page. When I do select it, it never connects.

I guess I can do without the Sling, but I just wanted to try it.

I'm a long time Roku user, and I just turned on Roku to the Home setting to check out your issue. I moved down the list at the left to Streaming Store (which I found listed in order beneath Live TV, Featured Free, What to Watch, Sports, The Buzz, and Search . . .). Clicking on Streaming Store led me to a screen showing "Shop Apps, Movies & TV". I didn't immediately see Sling, so I went to the second tier of choices (under Navigation) and clicked on Search. Entering the first few letters of "Sling" brought up that choice. I already subscribe to that free channel, so Go To Channel was offered. When I did, Sling began - slowly but well! Hope this helps.
