    Roku Support Contact

I purchased new Roku a few months ago and installed it to my new TV on one of the hdmi ports. It had been working great until a couple weeks ago. It has started not connecting to the internet. I am not sure why. I got it going one time when it did this. I can not seem to get it going again.

I have tried to find a contact for Roku but dang if I can a phone number or ever a chat directly to Roku. Does anyone know how to contact Roku?

    Thanks

Is the Roku connected directly to your router and not to a switch?
Can you see the Roku when you go to the router set up and see the devices that are connected to it?

Let me say this: I got it going again by using the reset button on the Roku menu on the tv screen after I had tried to connect to the internet, but that was NOT my question.

Does anyone know how to contact Ruko Support? That is the question.

SoFine409, the Roku is connected wirelessly, I think. The Roku is connected to the hdmi port on the tv and the tv is hard wired to the router. I have no idea how to look at the router and tell what is connected.

JoeandmargO: LOL that reset button the Roku is tiny. Almost need a magnifing glass to see it. If the issue happens again I will try that reset button.

spunk: I did that and it did NOT help solve the issue.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the responses.

    @huffman
    try this Roku
they also have a forum at community.Roku.com.
Mine is connected by Ethernet cable and it’s never lost connection in several years. WiFi is probably more finicky.

If the info on the link punk supplied didn't help, you might check here:

As far as I can tell, there is no phone number for Roku support, but maybe you can learn more from the forum. Good luck!

Is your internet fully functional for everything else? This post sounds similar to what you are experiencing. What ISP are you using?

SoFine409, that link looked great, but when I tried to send an email, it said there was an Error in sending (tried it twice.)

gini, that link looked good also. I will have to wait a few hours to try it.

BTW the chat links on both of these links does NOT work for me.

Ghot that phone number worked fine. I will say this: The Support tech rep (Engish was NOT their first language) was less than helpful. She kept insisting that it was NEW TV. I do NOT believe that for one second.

I guess I will have live with the issue or buy a new Roku (this one is only 2 mo. old).

Thanks a lot and take care
