That is most probably not necessary: my balance issues, sudden total loss of balance sense caused by my inner ear issues (Ménière's disease) have already caused me being often two three months without license for medical reasons and it looks now as being the only negative thing in my application for disability pension: My pension is one signature short of being cleared but they want to take my driver's license away, for good.
Although it makes me sad I have to understand it. I like to drive 200 - 220 kmph (my Madza can't make it any faster than that) here on these no speed limit Autobahns but as I can lose control of myself, my balance and awareness gone in seconds, that would make me a deadly weapon on the road.
I have Finnish and German licenses, I've been driving all the time even when my neurologist has taken my license away for awhile :). Added bonus is when the cops see Finnish license here when they stop me for speeding when there's a speed limit or any other reason, they start talking in slow, bad English just asking me to drive away. "Please drive away but drive carefully!".
You definitely look more respectable in that second photo and you are going to have to stop driving, you are a danger to yourself and others and is very irresponsible of you.
It's no use getting your pension if you go and kill yourself by driving when you shouldn't.
