Here are the troubleshooting steps I have been able to get through so far:

    1. CMD prompt results:

    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]
    (c) 2017 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.15063.0

    Image Version: 10.0.15063.0

[==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation completed successfully.
    The operation completed successfully.

    2. Windows fast startup had already been disabled by me.
    3. I have updated to the latest RAID driver.
    4. Chkdsk file attached: Attachment 152253

No crashes recently... I wonder if updating the RAID driver helped?

I have not crashed since installing the latest release of the AMD Chipset Drivers.

Seems to me like the problem has been solved, if it reappears I will return to this thread. Thanks for the help everyone :)

    Your welcome.
What progress did you make in testing the drive?

I haven't gotten around to it yet haha. Ive been really busy so as long as my PC is working I would rather not spend a lot of time on troubleshooting it.
