    BSOD Bad Pool Header

    Hello

I have a Laptone Wifi Dongle and a wireless mouse dongle in my USB ports on my Dell Inspiron 1750 laptop.

I have uploaded the file dumps for you. I get the BDOS screen occasionally when I am browsing on my computer.

    Thanks

    Hi kayleecat,

    Welcome to the 10forums

Please (re)move some files to increase the free space to at least 15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background, 15% is to be on the safe side.
    warning   Warning
Less free space could cause BSODs or other problems, because Windows cannot perform the tasks it needs to do in the background!

Dell doesn't provide support for your laptop. If the problem appears to be a driver compatibility issue then I would recommend to either try a clean install of Windows or go back to the previous (original) Windows version

Please download the FREE version of Ccleaner and install it.
After installed and opened, you'll see a screen like this:
    Attachment 111219

Below in the screen you see a button 'Analyze', click on it and wait for Ccleaner to finish.
After Ccleaner is finished, you see an overview of what it has found, like below

Name:	Ccleaner finished.png
Views:	1
Size:	90.9 KB
ID:	111220

You'll need to uncheck a setting in Ccleaner, this setting you can find by scrolling down the options list of what to delete.

After unchecking this option, click analyze again and click 'Run Ccleaner' after Ccleaner finished analyzing.

I am on the latest version of Windows 10.
Windows Update may say so, but you're not.
Follow the link I provided in my previous post.
