    EventViewer DCOM error 10001?

I am not sure where to post this thread - I will not be in the least offended if someone moves it for me. Thanks!

I have a few DistributedCOM errors in my event viewer every time I start my computer and I'm trying to track them down and get rid of them. This one is mysterious. It has no CLSIDs I can look up, and it looks like there is not even anything there as it's trying to start something 'unavailable'. Does this error make sense to anybody and is there an issue I can correct? Thanks!

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Windows.Security.Authentication.Web.Core.BackgroundGetTokenTask.ClassId.WebAccountProvider as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
    "31"
    Happened while starting this command:
    "C:\WINDOWS\System32\BackgroundTaskHost.exe" -ServerName:BackgroundTaskHost.WebAccountProvider

I'm also getting error 10016 on the CDP Activity Store and the Shell Service Host (these are the names I found when searching up the CLSIDs in the registry) - I don't see these items in my DCOM Config so I don't know where to adjust permissions for them. I have tried setting the APPIDs to have administrator ownership and permission to start, instead of trustedinstaller but I don't know if that is good enough.

Thanks for any guidance to help me understand what this error means.

    Windows 10 build 14393.rs1_release_inmarket.161102-0100
but I have had a couple of these 10016 errors all along and for some reason decided this week I wanted to chase them down.

As the Attention box at the top of the forum and each thread says:
Please do not post anything other than Windows 10 Blue Screen Of Death problems in this section.

Your post should be in the General Support | Windows 10 Forums
You can either repost there or wait until someone moves it. I can't as I don't have that authority.
