    When did you last time clean your system or replaced thermal paste?
    Or is the cooler not on 100% when the CPU is under load?

    its on 100% last time I put thermal paste was 6 months ago and i haven't really cleaned my PC since I got a new case and gpu two months ago.

    Then there is something wrong with your cooler, you did remove any overclock present?

    yea I never had OC on. Do you think it is time for a upgrade I bought my h80i about 2-3 years ago.

    I would want you to check physically if the cooler is properly working.

    I have a case with a clear panel so I can see that the lights are turned on and the RPM it is running at with the Corsair Link program.

    the RPM it is running at with the Corsair Link program.
    Only issue here is that software is rarely 100% correct, even if it is from the manufacturer. If it was the opposite (software from the manufacturer being very accurate) then a lot of other programs from other manufacturers (generally speaking) should be a lot more accurate.
    It is why I recommend to physically check it if you haven't yet.
