BSOD / RSOD when playing games.. (overwatch)

Im sometimes getting a completly red screen while im playing overwatch, this happens randomly.
I used to have windows 7, and I'd get bsod, so I upgraded to win 10, and now im still getting it..
Some times I can play a day or to without it happening, and other times It will happend more than twice a day.
I have also ran memtest86 for 3 hours, no errors.
Not sure if I have attached the file properly or not..

Try the last beta driver for the AMD HD 6800 video card, see if that helps:
    Legacy

To fully test memory, you need to run memtest86+ (note the +) for 8 full passes. There have been quite a few cases where 7 passes worked and it failed on the 8th pass, so ...
    ===================================================
    RAM:

Follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    information   Information

MemTest86+ is a diagnostic tool designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. MemTest86+ will verify that:

    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

Memtest86+ runs from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

    warning   Warning
MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

    Note   Note
MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only. If you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

I have now done 8 passes in memtest86 +, and no error has occurred. So is it safe to say that the rams isnt the issue?

It's safe to say the RAM is probably not the issue. No memory test exercises the memory like the operating system does.

Did you tried the beta driver for your video card?

No I haven't yet, I don't Think it will fix the issue, since it has been like this for 2 years or so now, only it didnt happen in the games that i played mostly, until i started Playing overwatch. I will however update it anyways :-).
But i am thinking that it is caused by one of three things, (perhaps a combination, feel free to correct me if im completly wrong, im not that much into pc's)

1: My rams are running at 1.65V but my motherboard says rams should be 1.5V, could this cause the problem?

2: My GPU is at its last stroke.. Only one of the fans work, so im thinking of buying a new, could that possibly fix it?

3: My PSU is shit, it's a no name brand at 500w, so i also consider Changing that, could it be so shit, that it is causing the problem?

Or is all this nonsense? I just start to doubt that it is software related since i installed a new version of Windows.

I would bet on the GPU.
