    "Your PC ran into a problem and had to restart. . ."


    Win 10 Pro Ver 1607/14393.222
    32 bit - Somewhat older desktop

    I get this about once every 3 days. Usually while using the mouse. Running Logitech SetPoint on M705 mouse. It does restart successfully but whatever was in progress is lost.

    Log report:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x00000000, 0x00000501, 0x00000500, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e6a46559-68fe-4e2b-8980-f12a326eeb2c.

    Would appreciate any advice on how to avoid this.

    I checked a couple of the dumps and they are identical:

    Code:
    BugCheck 133, {0, 501, 500, 0}
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvstor.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvstor.sys
    nvstor.sys belongs to your Nvidia Sata driver. Download the latest drivers from and see if that resolves the problem.
    The only ones I can find are here: Emachines ET1161-05 Drivers Download for Windows 10, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP

    If you go to the eMachines (Gateway) site, you could try a search by Serial Number or SNID, see if that gives you anything.

    Downloaded and installed latest Nvidia drivers. Has worked smoothly since. Thank you for your assistance!
