    Bsod - Memory Management

Hi I just build a new pc and I keep getting memory Management bsod. My Mobo only supports 2133 and I bought a 2400mhz ddr4 ram(it was cheap). From the bios it does underclock the speed but I am getting this bsod.. Anything I can do before I change the ram to 2133mhz

Also the bsod happen every 2 minutes after turning on the pc

OK I disabled eufi fast boot and windows fast boot. I will report back if this fix.

I also did a memtest86 and the ram seems to be fine with no errors at 7 passes.

That didn't fix it. I just got a memory management bsod after a fresh start.

I need you to boot for a short period into normal mode, please run in an admin command prompt following command
    Code:
    slmgr /dlv
a pop-up will show within a few moments, please make a photo of it and post it.

I just did a factory reset. If that doesn't work, I will try that.
