    Can't install Windows 10 64-bit, Memory_Management

The laptop just blue screens after Loading files..., when the Windows logo is spinning. The error messages are Memory_Management and Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area.

    What I have tried:

    1. Ran Memtest86+ for 8 passes, no errors.
    2. Tried the same USB drive on my computer, it booted into installation.
    3. Updated the BIOS, still the same BSOD.
    4. Tried selecting Windows 10 32-bit, it booted just fine, without BSOD.

    The laptop specs are:
    ASUS X556UQ
    i7-6500U
    Nvidia GeForce 940MX
128 GB Sandisk SSD + 1 TB Toshiba HDD
    8 GB DDR4 RAM

I would appreciate any help to fixing this problem. Also, please don't hate on my grammar. I am not from an native English country.

Are you able to load into Windows? If you could upload your dump files following the instructions below:

    No, I just can't install Windows 10 64-bit (but can 32-bit), because I get a BSOD.

Hmm I looked at your processor and it shows it's 64 Bit compatible so there's a hardware issue that isn't 64 bit compatible without any debugging information I can't exactly say what would be causing your problem.

    It's this laptop: https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/ASUS-Vivobook-X556UQ

So, I have to RMA this laptop? I was seriously hoping that I could do anything to fix this.

Yea you would have to call support and create a ticket and have them look at it if you have a warranty.

It sounds to me like a RAM issue (software is not 100%)

@jpolacko and @Ztruker : I'll try doing something about the RMA.

@axe0 : It's not a RAM issue, tried running Memtest86+ for 8 passes, no errors were found, unless you have another way of testing RAM.
