BSOD screen during heavy load, other times warning-less reboot

I have a fairly high end gaming PC in a mini-itx for factor. The specs are posted below:

    Motherboard: Asrock H97M-ITX/ac
    CPU: Intel i5 4670k
GPU: Zotac Geforce 980Ti Amp! Edition
    RAM: Evga 16gb DDR3
Hard Drives: 1x Sandisk 240gb SSD 1x Samsung Evo 120gb SSD, and 1x 1tb Toshiba 7200rpm mechanical drive
Disc Drive: HP Blu Ray Drive
    PSU: Corsair CX750m
Case: Coolermaster Elite 130 Mini ITX

For some reason, during demanding gameplay, I either get a bsod (although this is rarely the case) or the monitor looses input entirely and some sort of a buzzing/whining noise comes in my headphones. Then, no matter what I do, the screen does not turn on and I have to manually shut my pc down and restart it. I'm not sure if this is hardware related or software related but I've attached my file below in case that might help.

The only dump in the zip is from 8/7 and it indicates a problem with WN111v2x.sys, which belongs to NETGEAR WN111v2 USB2.0 wireless N adapter. It's driver is old:

    9/25/2008 4:27:48 AM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\WN111v2x.sys

See if there is an newer version or replace the USB wireless adapter. The only one I can find is here:

    WN111v2 | Product | Support | NETGEAR

which is version 3.1 for Windows 7. I suspect you will need to replace it.
