It isn't your hard drive, your hard drive has a different volume serial number.

Okay, the only things I'm using with my PC at the time of the crashes are my monitor, headset, mouse and keyboard.
I remember actually when trying to reinstall Windows, I had to change the format of one of the partitions as it wouldn't let me install it anywhere on my HDD, would this have anything to do with it?
It could cause problems when the media you used has a problem.
If some files of the installation setup would be a little corrupted or something due to the installation media having a problem somewhere, the way of Windows behaviour could then change what may result in unusual things such as issue with settings (functioning improper), BSOD crashes, etc.
I have an update! My PC continued to crash, but I finally found the root of the problem. I couldn't have done it without you axe I thank you so much. The FAT32 that was causing the error was in fact a partition of my hard drive, which must have changed when Windows was installed, so I got EaseUS Partition Manager and converted it back to NTFS and seemed to have finally ended the saga! Thanks again man couldn't have done it without you.
