    So it turns out when I reset my computer, it reverted me back to 32bit Windows instead of 64bit. As soon as I updated it I haven't experienced a BSOD.

    That is something new for me, never seen it happen that a 64x Windows is reverted back to 32x Windows.

    Anyway it is good to hear that you haven't experienced any BSOD :)

    Thank you so much for the help. My friend had purchased a key and we used it and it was 64-bit. No idea if it was my error that reverted it but it's fixed now. Thank you a lot for your help!
