Windows 10 freezing on startup

Windows 10 freezing either when loading or within a few minutes of windows starting. I tried going back to a system restore point, but after doing that it froze after a few minutes. Hardware Temperatures are normal. I was going to scan with mbam but there was no time to even update it. Luckily I grabbed the msinfo, do I just paste it in here? If anyone can help I'd greatly :)appreciate it.


edit: i opened system restore and the last restore point is from the 22nd.it froze when it was scanning for affected programs and drivers

If the PC hasn't been on for awhile (20 minutes or more) it usually starts up windows or the automatic repair. Windows will freeze after 1-10 minutes. If I restart either with the reset button or cycling the power I can't get into windows or the automatic repair again. It will freeze at the windows logo with spinning dots loading screen.
Temperatures and voltages are fine and all the fans are working.
