Please post everything here, in this thread, not in some other location. Makes it easier.

Also, Verifier is still enabled. Try disabling it via a Elevated Command Prompt.

Press Ctrl + X, select Command Prompt (Admin).
Type verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail and hit Enter.
Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

If that doesn't work, try verifier /bootmode oneboot and hit Enter.
Reboot twice. The first time Driver Verifier will be enabled, the 2nd time it should not be.

From a Elevated Command Prompt, enter:

    >verifier /query

You should get No drivers are currently verified. as a response if it's off.

    Also,

    verifier /reset

Clears Driver Verifier flags and driver settings. This option requires system reboot to take effect.

Please don't go back and edit new info into a previous post in this thread, add another post, thanks.

Looking at the drivers.txt file, I see:

    2010/10/13 02:18:34 PM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwlhigh664.sys

This is part of your Qualcomm Atheros AR922X Wireless Network Adapter. The driver is old.
See if you can find a newer one.

Two of the new dumps are empty (0 bytes). The one from 7/18 at 2:34PM indicates a problem with your Nvidia driver: nvlddmkm.sys:

    Code:
    ffffd000`206ce958 fffff800`620d9c51Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
     nvlddmkm+0x129c51
You have version 368.69 dated 6/29/2016 12:00:00 AM installed. The Nvidia web site shows 368.81 as the latest for your card:

    GeForce Game Ready Driver

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

I suggest completely uninstalling the Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile (near bottom of page) then install and run GeForce Experience to get the latest driver for you Nvidia card or look here manually: NVIDIA Driver Downloads

See if that gets rid of the problem.
