I tweaked the settings when I ran it and took the pic, that caused 100+ passes passing in less than 10 minutes.

I explained how much time it could take for your amount of memory here: Hal.dll crashes my laptop - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums

The testing algorithms are not the same and our experience is that MemTest86+ is better. I have suggested MemTes86 a few times in the past, but not enough results were successful to continue with it.

Damn... I can't afford this much down time...

Assuming the ram is fine, any other stuff to look at? Perhaps the graphics card or driver?

On another note, thanks a lot for your help so far. Can I offer you a cup of coffee? I can send the amount over via PayPal if you are okay with it.

Edit: 1 pass takes slightly under an hour. Seems comparable with the previous test I did. Factoring in slow downs for each subsequent pass, it could be done in around 11 hours. Would try to find a suitable time to run it.

Apologies for not updating in quite a while. Busy with finals.

The issue seems to have been resolved by installing the manufacturer driver. Managed to get it to install.

I'll mark this as solved. Thanks for all the help!

The Nvidia 368.03 driver by Clevo. It isn't available on Nvidia's driver lists though.
